Unless you read Pommy newspapers, you may not be aware that a case has been bubbling away in Britain for the past decade, and there has been a major - and exciting - new development.

Of the very little time I have for the inbred bunch of spoiled beneficiaries that make up the British Royal Family, the one I have always had the least time is the pompous, homeopath-supporting, fox-killing shithead named Charles, the Prince of Wales. (and don't think for a second Wales is happy about that!)

Prince Charles has always been a nutter, but unlike most nutters, being the heir to the throne gives him a few privileges that we mere mortals do not have. One of these is being taken seriously by politicians. If you ever want to waste your time, write to an MP. If, however, your mum is the constitutional boss of all politicians, as is the case with Charles the Wilfully Ignorant, when you write to an MP, they will bloody well read it.

Charlie has held all sorts of idiotic opinions over the years, and unlike his mum, he has always desperately wanted to see his illogical crap taken seriously. To that end, he has written many letters to MPs and Cabinet Ministers in an effort to sway them to his thinking.

Unfortunately for Charlie, this is not fair play, and the fact that he had written the letters became public knowledge.

The Guardian newspaper sought a court order almost ten years ago asking for release of the letters under the UK's official information legislation, and when it was granted, the Attorney-General of the UK immediately abused his powers by superseding the order and disallowing release of the letters. Thankfully, as one of the few newspapers worth cutting down a tree for, The Guardian appealed his decision and yesterday, were granted their request, along with the Attorney-General being rebuked for flagrantly over-stepping his authority.

The Crown has appealed to the Supreme Court, but that is just a delaying tactic, because it will not be able to rule in other way than to insist on release and allow publication of the letters.

Charles is an idiot, and he's proven it time and time again - the ultimate publication of these letters will show just how stupid, one-eyed and illogical he really is, in glorious black on white.
