Our best friend China continues to abuse human rights without danger of censure, mostly thanks to having most of the world's money. Torture is an integral part of the Chinese "justice" system.
I find it interesting that USA is about to attack Syria for human rights abuses - abuses so dreadful that USA will actually be in coalition with the obviously less-dreaded Al Qaeda. Note that is a Republican Senator speaking.
China does not just have an appalling human rights record, it also supports - indeed is the only supporter of - Kim Jong Un's hideous regime in North Korea. Now, Un is batshit crazy and proved that the world last week when he had his ex-girlfriend taken out into a paddock and executed by machine-gun. Far from making a sex tape, I'm sure she'd just been telling her friends what a tiny dick Un has, which is why he had all of her friends killed as well.
While China & Russia are happy to support evil regimes, let's not forget that USA is equally-capaable of supporting as bad and worse. Saudi Arabia only rank a a world power because they are propped up by Ango-US support that keeps the Saud Wahhabists in power. Remember, these are the people who are about to have a "heretic" given 600 lashes and be jailed for seven years - presuming he lives through the lashes, that is.
