Y'all know Americans love guns, surely?

They love guns so much, and their culture is so immersed in people carrying guns and using them to settle arguments that last year an 11 year old boy shot and killed an eight year old girl when she didn't let him play with her puppy.

Texas is a state which has a reputation for guns; for being somewhere you must be allowed to carry a gun at universities and in churches. At least most of the churches want them there!

In a Banksy-style graffiti, someone has painted a picture of the above murder on a wall in Austin, a major city in Texas.

To nobody's complete surprise, some residents have a problem with this.

A QR code on the wall leads to a report on the killing, in case anyone is in any doubt as to why it's there.

I find it somewhat amusing that people worry about their kids seeing a picture.

I'd be a lot more worried about my kids seeing and having guns. It's not as though there isn't at least one shooting a week caused by a child under the age of two getting hold of a gun.
